Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the Vineyard |
We are thrilled to share our newest wine releases with you at a special wine tasting at Lawrence Dunham Vineyards’ winery in Cochise County. |
Our winemaker will be signing bottles so make sure you get a bottle or two...or twelve. The R.E.D. blend is named after Curt's dad Robert Erwin Dunham who we lost last year. It is a special bottling for us -- and it's really good, too! Our 2009 Sky Island Grenache and 2009 Grenache will also be available for tasting and sale. This link takes you to a .pdf of our Wine Tasting Notes for our current releases. |
Saturday July 2nd
Lawrence Dunham Vineyards’ Open House - 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Bring a friend and introduce them to Arizona's hottest new wines! |
A tasting fee of $8 per person includes a souvenir LDV logo glass and light appetizers.
The tasting fee will be refunded with a purchase of two bottles or more.
LDV Chiricahua Circle members’ tasting fee is waived. |

2011 Grape to Glass Symposium

Last year's event was a tremendous success. |
Educational Tour, Tasting, and Winemaker Lunch
Mark your calendar to join us for the second annual “Grape to Glass Symposium” at Lawrence Dunham Vineyards on Saturday August 27th
from 11:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
|
Lawrence Dunham Vineyards is dedicated to education and the “Grape to Glass Symposium” provides a fun opportunity to visit the winery and learn about grape varietals on the estate, the terroir, and unique characteristics of the environment and sustainable agricultural techniques used at Lawrence Dunham Vineyards.
|

Learn about the winemaking process |
A tour of the winery provides an intimate view of the winemaking process that produces our small lot, hand-crafted wines, followed by a barrel tasting and lunch paired with Lawrence Dunham Vineyards’ wines hosted by Peggy Fiandaca and Curt Dunham, owners/winemaker.
Learn about our philosophy, vineyard management, winemaking techniques, and wines – a full grape to glass experience. |
Remember we are at 5,000 foot elevation so it is cooler in August than the Phoenix or Tucson area with a chance of afternoon monsoon rain. Please remember to bring a hat and comfortable walking shoes to walk through the vineyards.
